Aptamil My Future Champion Academy 2016

My Future Champion Academy 2016 by Aptamil believes that every child has the potential to be successful and aims to become the mother’s toddler skill development partner. The Academy includes assessment tests that the Mothers can participate to understand her child’s potentials by providing experiential and educational workshops during the on-ground activation.

UntitledMosaic Live as their “sole” On-Ground Agency Partner, designed an activation for toddlers ages 1-3 and kids 3-6 years old focusing on six developmental skills such as Creative, Fine Motors, Cognitive, Verbal, Physical and Interactive.

The Academy was apportioned into 3 different Bursts in various strategic locations such as Malls and Parks across UAE, KUWAIT, KSA and QATAR.

In conjunction with Aptamil’s premium presence in the market, Mosaic Live had created more than 10 different aesthetically appealing stand designs. Each stand was seamlessly fabricated with experiential and creative kids workshops that enabled, encouraged, demonstrated and celebrated toddlers and kids skills.

Mothers during the activation were also given a first-hand experience of the free consultation with licensed nutritionist from Aptamil that helped them know more about proper nutrition and protection for children ages one to six years of age.

My Future Champion Academy was supported by a strong digital campaign wherein our trained Child Promotion Experts had to upload videos of the Mother showcasing her child demonstrating his/her skills as per the category the child has demonstrated.

To incentivize the mothers on building their child’s future, Aptamil Child Specialists had chosen winning toddlers for each Burst from the online video submissions with an ELC Vouchers.

And after more than 300+ days of collating kids developmental skills videos in 4 Major Countries in the GCC, Aptamil had chosen 1 Lucky Mother and Child to travel to Paris and experience that will further hone the child’s developmental skills.

APTAMIL B2 UAE 2Following the success of the My Future Champion Academy 2016 On-ground Activation that generated awareness and visibility for the brand through cultivating educational kids engagement experiences, Aptamil Junior has been voted to win the prestigious recognition, Product of the Year 2017 across the GCC in the ‘Child Nutrition’ category. This reflects Mosaic Live’s dedication on achieving the highest level of client’s satisfaction.

KEF Infra Park Launch

It wasn’t just another month, or just another day in office when the Gong rang and there my colleague announced we are doing the KEF Infra Park Launch in Krishnagiri, some of us really excited, while few extremely nervous as the given timeline to execute such a massive event was quite short. As a team, there were various obstacles on the way, the main one being the location of the event, holding an event in a village 90kms away from Bangalore was not going to be an easy task, but however we were well prepared and well planned for the next big 5 days of set up that were ahead of us. Dealing with suppliers in India requires a whole different type of skill and patience level altogether, this was something we learnt once we arrived at Krishnagiri, extremely apprehensive as to how will a barren land transform into something that we had designed sitting in the comfort of our office in Dubai, was definitely a question we all kept asking ourselves.

Projectors from Delhi, Tents from Kerala, Sound and light team from Dubai, Photographer and videographer from Mumbai, bringing together everyone, coordinating each and every element was a task in itself, with multiple cultural differences and differences in opinion we were well prepared to face the worst. But to our surprise, the extreme opposite happened, everyone so perfectly and seamlessly got together and helped us create an absolutely unique experience. The transformation was unbelievable, watching bits and bits of transformation take place each day was outstanding.

The big day was here! 19th December 2016, that morning while we were driving to the venue, with little sleep, loads of nervousness and excitement levels at its extreme, hoping and praying for an unforgettable show wherein all our hard work would actually pay off. We still remember that moment when the intro AV played with ceiling projections, LED screens on the stage, it felt magical, it felt unreal, at that moment watching it all come together just felt so pleasing to the eye. The happiness in our eyes post the event when everyone clapped and walked with big smiles and super proud emotions raging in is an unexplainable feeling. How we did we manage to put up 4 tents, with extensive branding in and around the tent as well the factory, coordinated various elements to put up a good show still amazes us, but this is the beauty of this industry, wherein every event is a new learning experience altogether, but  this event will definitely be the one, that we shall always remember and cherish for a very long time ahead.

The JBR National Day Experience

Arabic drummers with LED costumes and glowing drums, stilt walkers whose costumes were inspired by the UAE flag colors, the latest touch screen technology that allowed guests to display their Thank You notes for the UAE Martyrs, balloon releases, and glistening, golden human statues that displayed traditional Emirati trade! These were a few of the elements that made up the JBR National Day celebrations that were experienced by over ten thousand spectators and guests over three days at the JBR Walk!

Mosaic Live set up a traditional yet modern activation along the expanse of the JBR Walk that featured an Arabic calligraphy mural, displayed UAE traditional trade & entertainment and engaged guests in the latest futuristic technology! One of the activation’s were focused on the UAE Martyrs and it gave the crowd a chance to pay their respects and thank them. It was named “An Ode to the Martyrs” and it included touch screen tables where guests could design and compose their Thank You notes and send it off to the skies by sliding their notes towards the towering LED screen right beside it. The notes were then displayed on the massive LED that had customized graphics created to resemble the Dubai skyline.

String Art where guests could weave designs on a panel using string wool and collective art where the community colored in the flex to create one big art piece was also a crowd favorite! The children who visited were engrossed in the traditional arts and craft kid’s corner that had custom-made tiffany chairs dressed with red, black, white and green ribbons – to represent the UAE!

Mosaic Live believes that edutainment is always essential in any kid’s corner so one of the activities was a pearl diving themed craft where children were taught about the UAE’s pearl diving trade while they enjoyed creating their crafts. The story teller also amazed children by telling them stories that were derived from UAE history.

The golden human statues whose costumes were designed like the UAE’s boat makers, spice merchants and local residents also gathered a lot of attention from the crowd. A traditional falconry display, Ayallah dancers, carpet & basket weavers also amused the guests throughout the three-dayaffair.

Guests took home the experience with the help of the instant photo booth that produced branded photo prints for them, within seconds! Additionally, their names were drawn in Arabic calligraphy as souvenirs! This ensured that a balanced mixture of technology and tradition was brought home by each guest.

The JBR National Day experience engaged not only the community who resided in JBR, but also the guests who came to visit The Walk. It was definitely an experience that immersed the guests in the UAE National Day spirit through the use of futuristic technology, without shying too far from tradition!

Awareness for Esophageal Reflux Campaign by The Ministry of Health

Have you ever felt like your chest is burning up right after you eat? If you do, you may have a case of heartburn. Do you know how to prevent it and exactly what causes it? Statistics show that one in three people in the UAE have experienced a kind of heartburn.

The Ministry of Health in the UAE were alarmed by these statistics and teamed up with Mosaic Live to create awareness on heartburn (scientifically known as (GERD) Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). These events were held in conjunction with Emirates Digestive Diseases Group and the World Digestive Health Day, whose slogan this year is “Heartburn: A Global Perspective”.

Sharjah City Center

MOH commissioned Mosaic Live to create and build campaign stands in two different malls – Sharjah Mega Mall and Mirdiff City Center. Mosaic Live was responsible for the entire turn-key production from stand design to customized build-up.  Completion was within a span of just two days.

The stands were strategically placed in both the malls to ensure maximum visibility from the mall goers. To make the stands engaging and intermingling, Mosaic Live designed and fabricated the hardware, created the content and software for the Heartburn Interactive Touch Screens that had series of questions determining the person’s possibility of having Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease or GERD. The GERD Interactive Touch Screens undeniably helped spread awareness on heartburn and educate the people on how to avoid it. Our team saw this as an opportunity not only to be working with such a prestigious organization but to also help create awareness among the community about an underlying cause for daily discomfort for the majority of the population.

We were also very glad to have been greeted with such bubbling enthusiasm from the mall goers who were very eager to learn about the campaign. The children and adults enjoyed the quizzes and prizes that they won when they participated in the stands’ touchscreen games about GERD. There were talks and speeches from various Doctors in their respected fields as well. It was altogether a very interactive experience that was fun and educational at the same time.

Etisalat Disney On Ice Karaoke

Do you love a challenge? We at Mosaic Live definitely do! We love doing things that no one’s done before. We love breaking limitations and going the extra mile with how we create Live Experiences.
Etisalat, the leaders in Telecommunication in the MENA region, and one of our main clients, wanted something in their Head Quarters that you would probably have at home: a karaoke machine! This was not your everyday Celine-Dion-Michael-Jackson-marathon karaoke machine though. This was a highly customized, first of its kind, Disney-themed karaoke ticket vending machine that would give out Disney On Ice show tickets to the winners. They did this to create awareness among their employees for the Disney on Ice “Etisalat private show” and in such a way that was similar to the show theme which was music, magic and lots of fun!
Mosaic Live built, designed and created the hardware, and software of the machine that would verify the Etisalat Employee ID for them to begin the challenge. Furthermore, the software would rate the participants’ vocals and accuracy based on one of the original Disney songs they selected. We programmed the karaoke machine to have six different Disney classics. From the old-school Disney hits such as Aladdin’s “A Whole New World”  and Mulan’s “Reflection”  to more recent Disney virals such as Frozen’s “Let It Go”. The machine would then dispense tickets depending on how well the participant scored. The higher the score, the more tickets won!
Etisalat called this the “Etisalat karaoke challenge”, and what a turn out it was! Over a thousand Etisalat employees from both Head Quarters, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, participated in the challenge. It turned their offices from a quiet, organized, formal office to a fun-filled, mellifluous environment that attracted a large number of participants every hour! Colleagues gathered and enjoyed seeing each other do something in the office which was completely out of the norm, and the challenge created a new kind of felicity within the organization.
The karaoke challenge transcended nationalities and age groups, and regardless of their stature or department, they all participated in hopes to win tickets to Disney on Ice. Etisalat gave out over 500 show tickets in a span of 6 days across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
This project was definitely something Mosaic Live had never done before, but is definitely something we look forward to doing again!

Request for Solutions – The Boux Avenue Case

We at Mosaic love RFP’s i.e. Requests For Proposals. From the point of it hitting our inbox there is a constant intrigue. What we love more although is an RFS i.e. a Request for Solution. Clients give us situations and ask us for solutions, the brain-storming meeting that follows is like a simulated game.

One such RFS was for Al Ghurair, a leading retail group from the region. The brief was fairly simple. Al Ghurair had acquired the license to sell a UK based lingerie brand in Dubai and wanted to launch the same for key partners and the media. The catch was, the event had to be designed to entertain males and females, had to showcase the range and yet had to be culturally sensitive.

Our creative team, or as we call them experience designers had a solution. We divided the event venue into 2 halves with an automated pull up screen. On one side was a fashion show set up and on the other was a lounge.  The women were seated and watched a fashion show, as the men watched a choreographed shadow show. The pull up screen was a shield of conservation and a canvas for creative imagination. As the fashion show came to an end, the screen rolled up to reveal the models in bathrobes.

The brand manager walked to the side as the men stood watching shadows. She said the shadows were as entertaining as the fashion show. While solutions can range from using the latest event technology or creating unique entertainment acts, sometimes it is just a simple white screen.
